Hasher v1.0

Hi all,

Another Hash Calulator with a different functionality.
Option to change the Initialisation Vectors of hash functions.
Currently available hashes: MD2,MD4,MD5,SHA1,SHA2,CRC32,ADLER32

IV changer: MD4,MD5,SHA1,SHA2
