i have soft protected by sentinel dong + License Manager
i had dump with sentinel superpro dump solver

but i have no idea to create license file, do anybody have suggestion to solve this problem?

I think that your key is not a Sentinel Super Pro, but it is Sentinel Dual Hardware Key.

Use notepad, create a file called install.reg, paste the code and save it. After that double it to import to windows registry.... Done
