I was able to find the jump which checks for date at address 00F2D2FF.
After Noping it, the software runs fine in Olly. But...

Hasp Srm
The software looks like a hasp srm protected. Gives h0007 error without key.
The software limits the trial for 30 days and the feature is embedded in srm key.
