well white pawn advances for queen to c8..
rook then can go b1 for check.. but white king would go a6.. not c6.. as c6 would form stalemate.. then just walk in with queen on c2 and move up king and push black into fork with white.. to take rook
once white has a queen they have won as black is in no position to take it.
and you can't checkmate with rok+king can only help for stalemate..
