Inpho 64 bit wibu codemeter

any one had any luck with INPHO WIBU CODE METER latest version?
or any one have got its wibu code meter Dump ?
i think i have the hardlock emulator some where .. can i use it somehow as i have read in some post that inpho does use hardlock
or what shall i do ?
