Hi.
I've noticed that a lot of people sign up for forum membership but never post anything. Does that mean we have a complete forum, that there's nothing more to add to it? Perhaps it's time to send this thing off to a publisher. We could make a fortune...
Seriously though, how come you sign up but decide to remain in the shadows? We need you all to contribute to be able to bring this message board forward and make it better. That's why i'm going to ask that all you newcomers answer a couple of questions:
1) How did you end up at reteam.org ?
2) What is your objective on this forum?
3) Which topics of discussion interest you the most?
4) What languages do you speak?
5) If you haven't - How come you haven't started any threads about topics that interest you?
6) Anything else you want to add.
Regards, sna

1) How did you end up at reteam.org?
Googled myself a nicely written tut on keying Palm apps, (who would have thought the process is almost identical to keying x86 apps? ) and figured I should take a peek around the author's site.

2) What is your objective on this forum?
To pick up the loose change of those better learned then me, Coinstar it, and hopefully afford myself a worthwhile learning experience.

3) Which topics of discussion interest you the most?
Learning more about the intamacies of hardware and software engineering, (and of course how to reverse it,) and refine the knowledge I already have.

4) What languages do you speak?
Good English and extremely broken English, with a dash of Spanish on the side.

5) If you haven't - How come you haven't started any threads about topics that interest you?
Well, I have.

Default Hi All! :)

Well, thought I'd contribute too, what the heck!

1) How did you end up at reteam.org ?
I thought this was a reverse engineering site. Reverse engineering of cars, that is. I wanted to understand the internals of my BMW and Gallardo, but found out that this is some place where you reverse some software or something... man, i wuz duped, i tell you!

2) What is your objective on this forum?
To find out if anyone has the blueprints for BMW GTR and Gallardo....

3) Which topics of discussion interest you the most?
Hyuk! BMW and Gallardo internals. By the way, what is this WINTERNALS thing? I never heard of a car called WINTERNALS!

4) What languages do you speak?
C++, Assembly and C. that's why no one generally talks to me and I don't talk to anyone else.

5) If you haven't - How come you haven't started any threads about topics that interest you?
I am not interested in cars called WINTERNALS and SOFTICE (for heaven's sake! which company named a car softice?)

6) Anything else you want to add.
How comez people here have funny names like kwazy wabbit and Devine9? Back in my country, we have good, old-fashioned names. hah!

but seriously, welcome to all. Hope you enjoy and have a good stay. Most of us hang around on #cracking4newbies so if you have any doubts, feel free to connect and fire away.

For those who do ask make sure you've done your homework. Other than that, I think you'll like it here. A warm place and good people.

Have Phun
