Type of License

I Have a License file, from a HASP HL hardlock. I have no problem emulating the dongle. But I am wonder what generated the license string....I tried lsdecode106 on it.....and it said it is not a vaild license.

Any have any ideas?

Software name is TEBIS.
It is a custom license.
The emulator is not enough.
