I found the SDK but apparently, I can't use it to modify the dongle. is there any tool that I can use? I appreciate all the help and suggestions.

Just compiled the DEMO example from SDK using the codes BFox/Nodongle provided and was able to modify the dongle (changed the expiration date, and enabled options). Kudos to Mr. Nodongle and Mr. BFox
