Hello, Yes i'm now understand tables and Try enter it to the reg file, but don't work again, when fizical dongle is atached last 10 build of jaws 10 works normaly but with emulator dongle is not recognized. With previous build emulator work's normaly.
I made log files, with fizical dongle and last jaws 10 build, because i don't have dongle for jaws 11 here, and with emulated dongle and previous jaws 10 build,.

Sorry, i'm again. I forget to say that company wich manufacture this screen reading software does not change dongle tipe and ald dongles wich is succesfuly work on previous build works with newest build and new version of sw. It's sentinel super pro 64 cels

Hello all. Sorry for continuas this thread but i finally fond a reason for not working new version of software and dongle viewer.exe. In code implemented function that when program is starting looking for dongle and, looking for multikey.sys. If find multikey.sys program can't see this dongle, and activation is required.
My question is, does possible rename multikey.sys and multikey services, it's possible solution for solving this problem.

Hi,

just a guess from me. First try to use Multikey V1.8.0.2 rather then Multikey V1.8.0.3. Also use older Sentinel dongle drivers than the one you have already installed.
A last Option would be to use VusBus. you just need to modify your reg file a little bit.

Hello,
I am new, nice to join here.
I need a solution for the same problem, for the same application.
I have tried every solution explained in this topic, and in all situations I got the same problem.
This program's V10.0 builds are recognising this emulated dongle, but V11.0 can't.

I have also changed the name of the driver from "vusbbus" to another one, changed service name and it's still the same, may I change Class Guid?

May be someone already solved this problem? If not, what can I do to obtain help?
