Hardlock USB Dongle

Hello everybody,
I have some questions, I have USB Hardlock Dongle
I dumped it with HASPHL2007 and Sprow DUMper than i made dng file and reg file also.
But i am little bit confused about which emulator i have to use?
I tried HASPHL2007 but it is not okay.

I need a Good Emulator for Hardlock USB dongle for Vista and XP.
Can some one help to me please?
