Try to make usbtrace log (hotplug and work) from your dongle and upload. Alse upload the software.

You have 2 answers:
one - try emulate your Usb storage device ( private and paid ),
second crack your target if possible bypass ( private and paid ).
Alternative you learn RE and do it your self ( free ).
