Can any one crack this, or any help on it

Wink I Need Some Help On Doing That.
For Initialization Work On That I Want Some Useful Help Specially Tailored For This Software Case.
My Friends At Other Forums Can Not Solve That.
Please Take A Precise Look On That. As I Think Its Is Not A Simply One That Firstly May Appear.
I Will Appreciate For Your Help.
