Keygening assistance, please help!

Hi guys!
I have one very important application for me I need to keygen, and I need your assistance.
I am on Windows 10 machine, and probubly cannot use the Olly DBG properly.

I want to keygen one Text-To-Speech synthesis engine, but code generation is in "WinTalker Voice2.dll" file.
Further more, routine checks the Registry Value "ActNum" under the "HKLM\Software\RosaSOFT\WTV".
How I entered a wrong activation number, a littlebit down, I found the routine for code comparison, but I did not get a valid activation number. I got 6 digits activation number, but when I reinstall the WTV and enter the activation number I got, application doesn't speaks anything and do not works.
Please, if anyone can help me to find the algorithm for activation number generation, please send me a private message.
