Default data dump dongle

Can someone please assist me in dumping this dongle. Problem is it works with windows 2000 but I need it on xp and xp does not read parallel port. Here is a pic of it thanks.

Sorry for the late response. Here is a pic of the back and says its made in romania. It is used with obsys software. if I can not data dump it is there anyway I can get xp to read parallel port. My main concern is to get this software running on xp.
