xheo licensing and xceed

Can someone please explain a litlle bit about xheo licensing system and how to crack it.

I see some xceed files in my target sofwware.
What is xceed?(a nother protection system?)

Take a look at http://www.xceed.com/

They are a 3rd-party components vendor, nothing to do with the Xheo protection.

I found reflector that can analysis xheo licensing as it is on .net platform.
I could find some functions inside dll like clock rolled back,...

any idea how to modify the file?!
