Sofar there is no such utility. most newbies r searching for it...btw u guys can use some logic...Just load trial dng and dump with appreproite dumper and use public solutions like h5dmp for hasp and pva3.3 for superpro and so on read the popics

but still there exist utility from cEngineer to convert dmp from hasphl2007 to reg utility is named HDmp2Reg.
and I never used it
