mkey install problem in window7

i have installed mkey in my pc windows 7 but drivers successfully installed shown but my application is not runs error shown dongle not found but in other pc same windows 7 its working better i have use same mkey emulators

what for dongle typ ? HASP, Sentinel or any other?

both hasp and sentinel both are work well in other pc windows 7 not WORK in my pc
