how to get hasp dump file from exe

dera friends

i need any idea to get the dump file for emulating from hasp usb protected exe.

i have only exe with setup only which is runs with hasp hl usb dongle.i dont have usb dongle.if its possible to make dump file for emulating from exe without usb dongle .plz help me
