Default Can a HaspHL emulator fool Hasplm?

I know that many public emulators can emulate HASP/HL dongles now. But can they emulate a HASP/HL Net dongle on which carries several network floating licenses to the extend that HASPLM service actually deliver the licenses around just like there is the real dongle plugged in.

The platform is Windows XP 32bit, Dongle is a HASP/HL Net 10, firmware 6.0.0, version 3.25.
