Seems like Prinergy license. It is not related to Sentinel licensing. You need to spend much more time to decode it.
What did you do in your research?

The easiest way to decode it - load to a Prinergy license manager and get all options decoded. But if you want to make your own license - you will need to restore all protection functions.

"in detail": few dlls and exe have a protection layer functions set. You need to find any and then debug and reverse, reverse and debug to rewrite code in asm or c/c++. Then understand what that code do and write license encoder.

Pivasik: Clear !

1- I am requesting a SDK parkage from safenet then I will learn The API and their mechanism .
2- I will start to exersise with debuging and those break points around the license manager menu .

It will take me 6 months to a year but hopfully I will figure it out.
Thank you for pointing the way .

Toro: I think you are absolutely right ! Let me be stuborn and decode this license first then I will look for Harlequin . One year later if you are still around I will let you know in my opinion which one is better . Thanks
