Default Delay sign an already signed assembly

Can I change a .net dll signing status to delay sign?
It is fully signed with Its public and private key and If I can change the signing to delay sign I could sign It with only a public key
What I know is that I should insert an attribute to assembly:
and if we could find a method to change assembly attributes we can achieve this
If so please tell me how i can do this
Your help would be appreciated
