Not using Windows 8, so can't help.
Always loyal to Windows XP.

Main problem is windows 8 in old driver supporting is over for old emulator , so need windows 8 for new driver which support the emulator and need new emulator which have function for supporting to new driver = 2F/AF function fix in emulator and problem will solved.

The multikey for Windows7 is working on my Windows8.
First you must run bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS and bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING on with admin rights. Then reboot and check that windows are in test-mode. Reboot and choose advanced startup and use nr.7 deactivate driversigning and you should be able to install multikey as on windows7

Easier way:
1. Start Windows 8
2. Hold shift and click Restart
3. Next boot up you see menu , go advance options
4. Select ‘Disable driver signature enforcement‘ from the list

Can test your Win7 drivers now but there will be watermark to show you're in test mode. Hacks are there to remove these watermarks but I don't think it's recommended to leave PC in this state for security reasons.

Hope this helps.
