Default Couple of words from RET-chef Oct 2003 CHAMP

It's tough winning such a prestigious award as RET-chef, just cause you feel kinda bad about all the losers out there. ;-)
But as winner, I think its my duty to propose the Nov 15-Dec 15 meal idea.
This month the topic is Kraft Dinner recipes. Now for all the unfortunate people in europe and "over there" who haven't experienced the kd delight, let it be known that Kraft Dinner is macaroni and cheese. ;)

Let the games begin.

Well unfortunately I never went to school after highschool, so I don't think I stand much of a chance on this month. But here goes:

Ingredients:
1 box white alfredo kraft dinner
2 boxes of regular original style kraft dinner
1 pound browned lean ground beef (pour off most but not ALL the grease ;)
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of grated white cheddar cheese
3/4 cup milk
2/5 cup of margarine (approx.)

1. Cook 3 boxes of Kraft Dinner Noodles till med. tenderness is reached.
2. Stir in margarine until melted
3. Pour in sauce mix, both white and orange
4. Pour in ground beef
5. Stir up everything real good and add up to 3/4 cup of milk or so to make it a good consistency
6. Stir in remaining cheeses until melted.

You'll find this should keep you goin for a couple days ;) and its damn good.

cheers,

Devine Right [RET]
