Default Asm help

I have some hard time trying to avoid some software Matrix dongle protection. I disassembled the executable and I found that the only imports from matrix32.dll are: Dongle_Count Dongle_ReadData Dongle_ReadSerNr GetVersionAPI Init_MatrixAPI and Release_MatrixAPI
Next I searched for the call to Dongle_ReadData and I found only one call. Now the problem is my limited knowledge of ASM. I do not really understand where the "bad guy" "good guy" jump is made and how can I avoid this check.
Here is a link to the part of code I think is doing the check:

I will appreciate some real help about this problem.
