Extract seeds flexlm daemon 11.8

I have a vendor daemon for flexlm 11.8 attached:

I tried to follow git's extraction method for the seeds, but I'm not sure that it applies for 11.8. Is there any method for 11.8 that anybody knows of? Do we have to wait for 11.8 sdk?

it's jump directly in module DLL maybe my dummy license is wrong?

I keep getting an error: Not enough descriptors to re-create pipes
and the daemon crashes
