Error 7: HASP HL Key not found

Well I have a problem as well. What I did is fresh install of my software then I install latest HASP HL dongle drivers then I install HASPHL2008.EXE and run dump file. When I created dump file I send that to softkey solutions and receive *.dng file. When I load that file using emulator everything looked fine. I saw License and Licensed dongles window and bought contain data but when I try to run my program I receive this error and program didn’t start at all.

Error 7: HASP HL Key not found

Any idea what to do?

HaspHL 2008 is not support the all HaspHL Sofware. This is Security Error.

After Install Driver (HASPHL2007) and Start Service when i try to launch my app i got the same error message... Any help?

Plz i need at least some info ... Need to fix that... When i try to open this exe with toro opened i get Error 1025: Uknown Error.
I fix this error using toro usb filter.

Now when i try to open the exe i get Error 1031: Envelope uknown error.
Hasp is hasp4.
