Just for Info, the signed Driver for 64 Bit is still working. Yes the one, which works in "normal mode" and not in Test Mode.
Yes the one with the hacked Signature, which is revoked my Mircorsoft.

Only thing you have to do is, to make sure that you dont Install this Update for Windows 7 - SP1 - 64 Bit. Dont know if its enough to uninstall this update again.
Usually a clean Windows 7- SP1 install and doing and update, except this one, will get you a fully working system.

Other than that, you can install any Security Updates.

Also make sure, that there is no service is running which rechecks the validity of your installed Signatures. But I dont know which service this is exactly, since I anyway, disabled most not needed Services on my system.

Maybe its also necessary to add the Signature, to your host Signatures (right click the sys and save the signature to your host system).

Works flawlessly in my system with everything up to date.
