Vusb to multikey problem with Old Flora Hard lock

Dear all,
Before this post, I already read again and again in our forum. But I have a problem. So please help me.
I have a emulation of program that protection by Old Flora Asic USB Hardlock. By using vusb it run smoothly in my 32 bit system. So now I want to change my system to 64 bit. Before that I want convert it run in Multikey 32 bit fist. But it is not success.
For Vusb, reg file was:

By using HL Dump with Modal 0xAAAA I get 2 file : AAAA.DAT and AAAA.REG

So my question are:
1- It is possible convert from VUSB => Multikey in this case
2- If can, what thing I have to do more?
NOTE: I have other emulation program using Vusb (Sentinel), by using PVA 3.3 and dmp2mkey I create a reg file, and it run smoothly with Multikey on my system (both 32 bit and 64 bit).

1 VUSB => Multikey without problem
2 RTFM on testprotect.com or ask author on testprotect.com or ON your head and eye's
3 your sample dump is different - first for gamebit0 emulatoir, second from SpoRaw's dumper

Sorry for my bad English, but the problem is: For VUSB bit it run smoothly with the fist structure of reg file on 32 bit system.
But i try to convert from VUSB to Multikey to used on 32 bit system , but it is not success with the reg created by Hldump.
So can i used reg file from vusb, and using driver of multikey?
