[REQ]Unpacking game file

To all pros and masters out there,
Please help me unpack this exe file.

I dont have enough knowledge about RE, and it gives me hard time even to find what is the packer.
And I have a question, after the file is unpacked, is it still can be executable ?

If you can't even determine what protector it is, you obviously haven't put ANY effort into it. Simply scanning the executable with protection_id or running it in the presence of a debugger would tell you immediately that it is packed by Themida. You don't want help, you want a handout.
