I think that when the owner of the forum started this thread his intention was clear and that it was not some sort of joke. The rule is very clear and so is the result of breaking that rule. It is not open to discussion. And just so it is clear, nobody gets "denounced" here - nobody is going to be judged without hearing both sides of the story.
