Can you tell us how did you make wlscgen8.2.1.exe work?
I've used the TORO DSF emulator, wlscgen8.2.1.exe can open, but can't generate lic.

Then I dumped the emulator using pva dumper3.3, and managed to make a reg file, then I change the VID in the reg file, and emulate it with multikey18.2.3.
But the wlscgen8.2.1.exe can run, but cna't generate lic. It shows the meter error.

Can you give me some advice?
