The problem solved.

Thanks Guys for your help!

There's only one issue. To make your MKBus work properly you have to put WIN10 option Signed Verifying Drivers in off mode by choosing F7 in Advanced Startup - every time when you restart or switch off your PC. So, better option is to hibernate.
Apparently, there're a method to override this but I've checked it, it didn't work.

Yes, I should add that I bought genuine soft; but I see no reason to carry Hasp key with me wherever I go.. It's just because of my convenience.

It works absolutly perfect under windows 10 64 bit - i canīt belive. There is no unsigned driver mode needed or something like that. Thank you very much!!!
