The fall of Anticrack.de ,Woodmann and masmforum

As some of you know there was a massive attack on anticrack.de , woodmann and other websites .

The entire anticrack.de network is down , and so does protools , codebreakers ( :wink: ) magazine , crackmes.de and more.

I don't see any motive for attacking such knowledge sources but pure ignorance.

I noticed this only yesterday, when I couldn't connect to some of the anticrack sites.
Anyone knows what happened exactly? Did they lost data or are they just securing the network?

I agree with you, there's no reason to do this except:

- ignorance
- fight against knowledge sharing (which is really worse than the previous one)

It was part of a mass-hack by a "group" called no-root .

They took the entire anticrack.de server . when the admin tried to reupload it , the server got attacked again by 55gb traffic and he had to take it down again.

Destruction for its' own sake...I don't understand it.

i know this post is quite old but its really sad to hear tht some kiddie lamers who got no fuckin ethics try to put such good sites.
