![]() Hi,
I was reading that steg can be detected by using wavelet analysis. This gave me the idea of hiding data either within the wavelet coefficients or within one of the `scale` images. Has anyone played with this? |

![]() After some (fast) googling I found this ftp directory:
ftp://ftp.funet.fi/pub/crypt/steganography I haven't already tried any of the tools listed there, but maybe there are some interesting ones (jpeg-jsteg-v4.diff.gz is a patch to the Independent JPEG Group's jpeg tools which, I guess, uses the steganography wavelet method you were pointing to). cheers, lj ps a paper on these methods is http://www.csa.syr.edu/Jacob_Jackson.pdf but there's a lot of bibliography indeed. |
