Default What are the difference between HASP4 and HASP4-M1

i wish to know what are the difference between HASP4 and HASP4-M1. i have one software stating HASP4-M1 on the dongle (parallel interface). as we know, nowadays the computers doesn;t comes with Parallel port anymore! I put on the add-on board (PCI parallel port) but the system can't detect it. So, i tried to dump the memory but the tool seems not recognize or detect the lock ( i try this on other computer which have parallel interface). I look all around the post here, and i found that memory dumping needs password. It seems even i have the tool i don't have the password i still can't dump it right? What else can i do?

Well, the software is running on windows. As long as it's not windows 16bit or windows 98 then surely the way to go is emulate it with MultiKey?. There's no need to patch anything. Will need to find a machine with a working parallel port to dump the dongle though. Looking round me here, I don't see any machines without an LPT port. Those that don't have them often have a header on the motherboard that you can plug a parallel port / connector assembly into.

I'm using compaq presario pc. I've opened the casing and i did not find the connector port to allow me to plug in the parallel interface. Huh... If i want to dump, which of the dumper tool to be used? Tried but cannot did not detect the lock. The lock is working fine. It stated HASP4 M1.

From my experience the USB2PARALLEL not working good with plugs. The PCI controller with PARALLEL working better.
