Anyway, BfoX is right, the tool is outdated and there are newer and better alternatives.

I needed it because I wanted to test one of my dongles with another emulator.

Nowadays Sataron's tools and Multikey emu are much better than the old SoftKey emulator released by Edge.

dump to dng its too old.....
dump with h5dmp.exe ,unidump to reg,edit the reg file like mk18.2.4 example folder, use mk18.2.4

Thanks for the advice. Followed suggested method and succeeded with safekey emulator. Would like to try with multikey but still no luck. Thanks to everyone who has shared their knowledge in this board.
