Default Multikey 64 bit Won't install

I trying to install multikey 64 bit with no luck .
I have this message :

"C:\MultiKey64\MultiKey64>cd /d C:\MultiKey64\MultiKey64\

devcon failed.

and in device menage it see that is unknown device
( Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43 )

Please help
