Default 00000000 entry point?

I loaded a .dll into Olly and it claims to have an entry point of 00000000 Any ideas what this means? I used the latest version of PEiD and it says it's not packed. I can view the contents of the .dll in PE Explorer no problem, but not in Olly.

Keep in mind that just because PEid says "nothing found", it doesn't mean it's not packed. It just means that it didn't find anything in it,s definitions that match the program. ...Just a thought.
