Default Attention new forum members!

Hi.

I've noticed that a lot of people sign up for forum membership but never post anything. Does that mean we have a complete forum, that there's nothing more to add to it? Perhaps it's time to send this thing off to a publisher. We could make a fortune...

Seriously though, how come you sign up but decide to remain in the shadows? We need you all to contribute to be able to bring this message board forward and make it better. That's why i'm going to ask that all you newcomers answer a couple of questions:

1) How did you end up at reteam.org ?
2) What is your objective on this forum?
3) Which topics of discussion interest you the most?
4) What languages do you speak?
5) If you haven't - How come you haven't started any threads about topics that interest you?
6) Anything else you want to add.

Regards, sna

Welcome TheTenantUk2,

I'm always glad to see new faces on the forums here. A quick note about sna's post:
The post is not meant to scare people off, but rather to find out more about why people are signing up and not posting. Personally I think its just a matter of holding your nick for the forum in case someone happens along and uses the same name. In any event it shows that people are interested and thats what matters. The forums are continually growing here and new faces are always welcome, with or without posts.

cheers,

-DR

Hey all,

1) i saw it on kwazy webbit's site (though i always knew ReTeam i never registered here....now i know this a good place to be)

2) to gain more and knowledege about programming and reversing from experienced reversers and a nice community wherein i can share my opinions.

3) topics tht interest me the most :
i) tutorials and essays on programming
ii) Reversing new commercial targets (most tutorials these days are abt old proggies...except at few sites and forums)

4) English (i m learning german though....lol )

5) NA

6) I am not a complete newbie. i can reverse most of the shareware and commercial soft out there but coz i cant code in win32asm (i know asm but i cant code in asm....just a bit lazy to learn it but will be concentrating on learning it this month) i just either patch or sniff the serial ...no keygens  .

Hope to have a nice time here

c ya.

Hi, Im pretty noob, started off with memory hacking and just dipped into the reverse engineering and ASM pool in the process of defeating the DMA in a game. Signed up so I can start learning some proper info, and not just my cludgy beat it up till you figure it out methods.
