SSPro dmp/reg with x32 sys, need to run with x64

can it run with Win 7 x64?

I have installed on Win 7 Ultimate x64, successfully and smoothly
but after installing it on another PC Win 7 Pro x64, unsuccessfully multikey can not be installed, even if it is disable driver signature enforcement
